Pickleball and related activities involve risks, including falls, collisions, heat exposure, equipment failure, and serious injury. Consult an appropriate professional before beginning a new activity when needed. Follow posted rules, inspect conditions and equipment, use suitable protective gear, and play within your abilities. You voluntarily assume the risks of activities you choose to undertake.
Directory accuracy
Court locations, access, hours, fees, reservations, lighting, nets, and other details can change without notice. Verify important information with the facility or local authority before traveling or playing. A listing is not an endorsement or a promise that a location is open, safe, accessible, or suitable.
Acceptable use
You may use the site only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not interfere with the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce harmful code, scrape it in a way that burdens the service, misrepresent affiliation, or use its content to violate another person’s rights.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the site’s original text, design, branding, graphics, and organization belong to All Things Pickleball or its licensors. You may link to public pages and make limited personal, noncommercial use, but may not republish or commercially exploit substantial portions without permission.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. All Things Pickleball and its owners will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from reliance on site information, third-party services, or participation in activities. Indemnity

These terms are governed by Utah law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. We may revise these terms, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
